Hi, I’m Lisa.
I help women who lose themselves in love stop chasing, overthinking and performing for connection — so they can trust themselves, speak honestly and experience relationships without abandoning who they are.
Because relationship anxiety can make even the most capable woman question everything. You can be successful, self-aware and incredibly independent and still find yourself staring at your phone wondering why his energy changed.
Replaying the conversation.
Trying to figure out what you did wrong.
Wondering whether you should text, wait, pull back, say something, say nothing, be softer, be cooler or somehow become easier to love.
I know that world.
And I also know what becomes possible when love stops feeling like something you have to constantly manage. I didn’t come to this work through certifications alone.
I came to it through my own experience of anxiety, trauma, illness, difficult relationships and the long process of learning how to feel safe enough inside myself to actually live my life.
For years, I tried to understand myself from the neck up.
Therapy. Self-help. Meditation. More information. More insight.
Some of it helped.
But understanding my patterns and being able to change what happened inside me when I was triggered were two very different things. Discovering somatic work changed that.
For the first time, I began to understand why I could logically know I was safe while my body was reacting like everything was on the line. Why we can know we don't need to chase and still feel compelled to chase. Know we should speak honestly and still go silent. Know someone else's mood isn't ours to fix and still rearrange ourselves trying to make everything okay.
That gap between what you know and what you can actually live became the work I care about most.
The work I do now
I help women build the internal safety and self-trust required to stay connected to themselves while they love someone else.
We don’t get there by becoming less emotional, less needy, less passionate, less human.
And definitely not by memorizing another list of dating rules.
We work with the attachment patterns and nervous-system responses underneath the overthinking, chasing, shutting down, people-pleasing and fear of being left.
Becoming secure isn't about becoming so perfectly healed that nothing affects you, it's being able to want someone without convincing them.
Miss someone without chasing them.
Ask for reassurance without making another person responsible for your worth.
Experience disappointment without immediately abandoning yourself.
Love deeply and still remain you.
And eventually?
Love gets to become bigger than healing.
There is room for pleasure again.
Play, sex, adventure, intimacy, truth.
Being fully alive inside your own life.
My background
My work is grounded in years of studying and practicing trauma resolution, attachment healing and body-based approaches.
My training includes:
Somatic Experiencing (SE™)
Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe)
Brainspotting
Nervous-system and Polyvagal-informed work
Meditation, Yoga Nidra and complementary somatic practices
But qualifications are only part of what I bring into the room.
I've lived this work.
I've had to learn how to rebuild trust with my own body, stay with difficult emotions, stop abandoning myself for connection and create a very different experience of love than the one my old patterns knew.
And I've spent years helping other women do the same.
What I believe
You were never meant to spend your entire life obsessing over your attachment style.
Healing is supposed to give you more life.
More freedom, more intimacy, more self-trust.
More capacity to love without disappearing inside of it.
The goal isn't to become the woman who never gets triggered, it's to become the woman who knows how to stay with herself when she does.
And from there, love gets very different.
If you're tired of knowing better and still losing yourself when love feels uncertain, start with Chosen.
Chosen is my somatic relationship program for women who are ready to stop performing and chasing love — and become deeply rooted in themselves instead.
